A gigantic seated Abraham Lincoln originally commissioned by disgraced attorney Eric C. Conn now overlooks Middle Creek National Battlefield. The statue was deliberately built slightly smaller than the Lincoln Memorial figure in Washington and was relocated to the battlefield in 2021 after Conn's fraud conviction.
