Dothan’s tiny triangular block sits at the meeting of North Appletree, North College and East Troy streets. The Camellia Garden Club marked it on May 1, 1964 after Ripley’s recognition, and travelers today find a tiny traffic island with street signs and a granite marker that can be viewed from the surrounding public streets.
