At the confluence of the Ohio and Kanawha rivers, this small state park preserves the site and memory of the 1774 Battle of Point Pleasant. Visitors find an imposing granite monument, historical markers and the seasonal Mansion House museum, all just a short distance from Point Pleasant's Mothman attractions.
