Unlike the better-known memorial in modern Salem, this monument stands in Danvers — the community that was Salem Village in 1692, where the crisis began. Stone panels commemorate the accused and preserve excerpts from their words, giving OddWay a second, geographically distinct witch-trial memorial tied directly to the village.
