This private home at 303 Point Road served as the exterior of the Creed family house in the 1989 adaptation of Stephen King’s Pet Sematary. The nearby road was also used in scenes connected with the film’s deadly highway, making the location recognizable to horror fans despite being an ordinary residence today.
