A small stone-lined outdoor bath in Berkeley Springs State Park marks the tradition of George Washington bathing in the warm mineral springs here during the 18th century. The present structure is a reconstruction rather than Washington's literal surviving bathtub, but it has become one of the state's most photographed historical oddities.
