A massive split boulder in the woods resembles a crouching frog when viewed from the right angle. Frog Rock was once a well-known nineteenth-century scenic curiosity before changing roads and travel patterns left it comparatively obscure. The natural formation remains reachable on foot and makes a strong old-school roadside-oddity detour.
