Deep inside Dinosaur National Monument, Echo Park sits where the Green and Yampa Rivers meet beneath Steamboat Rock. Access is by a steep seasonal dirt road unsuitable in wet conditions, so this is a condition-dependent backcountry stop rather than a casual roadside pullout.
