Chatty Belle is a giant fiberglass dairy cow whose recorded voice once explained Wisconsin's dairy industry to visitors. She stands beside the Wisconsin Pavilion, a surviving World's Fair structure that was moved to Neillsville after the 1964 New York World's Fair.
