Another surviving Futuro House — one of the distinctive prefabricated flying-saucer homes designed in the late 1960s — stands on Deep Grass Lane. It is a private residence and should be treated strictly as a public-road viewing stop.
Georgetown, DE
A gigantic frying pan, about ten feet across and roughly eighteen feet long including its handle, is displayed at the Marvel Carriage Museum. It was built for a chicken-frying event and fits neatly with Sussex County's poultry history.
Lincoln, DE
A cluster of restored vintage Yogi Bear/Jellystone character figures survives at the campground on Brick Granary Road. The figures preserve the look of mid-century family roadside attractions, but they sit on active campground property.
